This policy explains what information is being collected when you visit danyal.dk. Website is base on following two sections:

Website does save cookies and uses thirdparty tool Google Analytics to record user visits in order to improve user experience and to see where most readers come from.
Information Disclosure:
Me as a website owner won’t transfer your information to third parties for the purpose of facilitating third-party advertising to you. And I won’t sell information about your visits history.
Data Storage:
danyal.dk uses third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technologies required to run website. Web server that runs website do store some access logs those are totally isolated with in the hosting server and are not being shared to any third party.
Third-Party Embeds:
Some of the content that you might see displayed on danyal.dk is not hosted by danyal.dk. These “embeds” are hosted by a third-party and embedded in website. For example: YouTube or Vimeo videos, Imgur or Giphy gifs, SoundCloud audio files, Twitter tweets or GitHub code that appear within a blog post.
These files send data to the hosted site just as if you were visiting that site directly (for example, when you load a danyal.dk post page with a YouTube video embedded in it, YouTube receives data about your activity).
danyal.dk does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. So, third-party embeds on danyal.dk are not covered by this privacy policy. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service.
Tracking & Cookies:
Website uses browser cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and the website state. danyal.dk doesn’t track you across the Internet. It tracks only your interactions within it’s own network.
Some third-party services that I use to provide the danyal.dk blog service, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser.
GDPR – for European visitors:
Since Google Analytics has updated their Privecy after GDPR , danyal.dk is updated accordingly by implementing following actions:
- Anonymize IPs while tracking, mean your IP will not be sent to GA.
- Exclude tracking for users sending Do Not Track header, means danyal.dk will respect when user is sending “Do Not Track”.
- Enabled support for user opt-out
- Store data at GA will be deleted after 12 months.
Data Security:
danyal.dk uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no user data is saved in danyal.dk database like: user’s posts, comments, login info (email, name or phone).
Contact Form:
danyal.dk doesn’t store you contact information in database, that you submit in contact form. That information is directly sent to my email via encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
